Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, within 30 days of receipt (or, during the Holiday Season (orders placed from 11/13 to 12/31), you have until the end of January), and you are not completely satised with your order, you may return unused or defective merchandise for a prompt, worry- free refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be clean, unused and in original condition with all tags attached and folded neatly in return packaging (please do not fold backpacks when returning).

Returned items must be insured for your protection
It is recommended to return items using UPS or FedEx since you will have better package tracking information. If you choose to return an item using USPS it is HIGHLY recommended that you choose the "Delivery Confirmation", "Signature Required" and "Insured" options. We are NOT responsible for any returns that are not upgraded to these options or for lost or damaged merchandise.

-Upon receipt and verification of proper condition, you will receive a prompt refund to your credit card for the price of the merchandise (including taxes), less shipping charges (if applicable).

Contact us within 30 days of purchase; After 30 days of purchase, the merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty section on our website HERE, for details.
